इस योजना को चलाने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने 3000 करोड़ का बजट पास किया है. जो आवेदक ग्रेजुएशन, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन या डिप्लोमा कर रहे हैं या करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें इस योजना का लाभ मिल सकता है। छात्रों को मुफ्त डिजिटल एक्सेस की सुविधा भी दी जाएगी और युवाओं को नौकरी खोजने में मदद की जाएगी।
